Hi, my name is Eoghan

That's pronounced Owen, BTW! I'm a medical doctor, acupuncturist, sleep coach and health-and-wellness enthusiast.

Medical school taught me how to treat disease - but not how to actually get healthy. So I started investigating. I've spent hundreds of hours interviewing world-expert scientists, dissecting the research, and testing everything on myself.
