SLEEP MENTOR · A STRESS-FREE LONGEVITY COURSE
The harder you try to sleep, the worse it gets.
Here’s what actually works.
A doctor-led course that tackles what's really keeping you awake. Self-paced, at home, without relying on pills.

It’s 3am. Again.
You were exhausted all evening. Then you got into bed and your mind switched on.
You've tried the tips. No caffeine. No screens. Apps, supplements, maybe tablets. Some nights they help a little. Most nights you're still lying there, working out how much sleep you'll get if you drop off now.
It's not your fault. Most advice only fixes habits. But after months of bad nights, your brain learns to see bed as a place to worry. So the harder you try, the more awake you feel.
Your sleep isn’t broken.
Your body still wants to sleep. Something is just getting in the way, and that can be changed.
That's what CBT-i (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia) does. It's the first-choice treatment for insomnia in international guidelines, ahead of sleeping tablets.
This course is the same programme I'd take you through face to face, in short videos you can watch at home.
1
Resets your body clock
So you feel sleepy at the right time.
2
Retrains your bed to mean sleep

3
Quietens the 3am thoughts
Simple tools for a busy mind, day and night.
What could change
The aim isn't a perfect eight hours. It's to feel rested, and to stop worrying about sleep.

Questions
Will I sleep worse at first?
Sometimes, for a week or two, while old habits break. It's normal, and it passes.
I take sleeping tablets. Can I still do it?
Yes. CBT-i works whether you take them or not. There's a bonus module on reducing them safely, but only if you want to.
Does it replace my doctor?
No. It's a proven self-help programme. Keep your GP involved with any other health concerns.
